Age Restriction: Participants are required to be of 16 years or older and residents of India.

Submission Process: Participants need to submit their prediction through Instagram posts/stories of TheRaceFans™.
Participation Requirements: Participants needs to signup on TheRaceFans.com website and follow TheRaceFans™ page on Instagram. Like the post and submit your predictions

Start and End Dates: There will be a clearly defined start and end date for the contest, contest will end within 24 hours of start time.
Late Entries: Late submissions and multiple entries will be disqualified.

Correct Predictions: Winners will be selected at random based on accurate predictions of Race Sessions.

Prize Description: Winners will receive TheRaceFans™ Discount Coupons upto *5000 INR value.
Prize Limits: There will only be 3 winners for single Predict & Win contest.
Prize Fulfilment: TheRaceFans™ will share the coupon details with the winners.

Rights to Use Entries: TheRaceFans™ reserve the right to use participants' predictions for promotional purposes.
Publicity: Participants entering in Predict & Win contest will automatically consent to the use of the names, likenesses, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Disqualification: Contestants can be disqualified if they break the rules or engage in fraudulent activities.
Modification or Cancellation: TheRaceFans™ reserve the right to modify or cancel the contest for any reason.

Arbitration/Legal Action: In the event of a dispute, TheRaceFans™ will outline procedures such as arbitration or legal action to resolve issues.
